Finally! The biggest fashion crime of the 21st century may be on its way out 
due to tough ecenomic times.
I never did understand what the big deal was about Crocs. First of all, they are hideous, and even though they’re supposedly comfortable, there are endless options for comfortable shoes – whatever happened to good ol’ sneakers?
Although they were very sucessful, selling 100million pairs in seven years, Crocs are a slave to the economy.
The colourful foam clogs graced our shop shelves 2002, just as we were coming out of a recession, and now we’re back in a recession, and they’re on their way out.
So, although it is a shame for the company and the people who came up with the “genius idea” of Crocs, I welcome this downfall, as I’m sure members of the 441 “I Hate Crocs” Facebook groups do.
